Preparation & Tips
Prepare the Rice Noodles:
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Ingredients:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, cubed tofu, and shredded cabbage to the wok. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the tofu is lightly browned.
Add the Noodles and Sauce:

- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce (if using), sugar, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables.
- Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
